The wood grips, and loud blank front firing action give the shooter an incredibly realistic feel. You must be 18 or older to order and 21 or older to sign for the package. This blank firing replica gun cannot be converted to fire live ammo. It complies with ATF regulations and has been approved by them for sale in the United States. No federal license required.

      It was been used in two WW2 re-enactments with great success.No jams or fail to fire.I put reproduction brown M1911A1 grips on it and many people thought it was a real 1911A1 until they handled it.Thank you for providing a realistic looking product.

      Ordered it in Matt black got a very poorly finished chrome model chunks of of copper colored slide exposed. Did not pay attention to what was being shipped let alone the the quality of the product.

      This is a great replica of the real Colt 1911. It fires a 9mm blank and has worked flawless with 40 rounds through it thus far. The price here is the best I found on the web. I highly recommend this gun.
